We have 07 calendar days Return Policy (from date of delivery), which is applicable under these circumstances:

  • Sizing/Fitting Issue: Choose ‘Exchange for a Different Size’ while placing the return request. Please note exchange is available only once and this sale is considered as final sale. 
  • Exchange for a Different Product: You will be given Store Credits for the same amount after a deduction of Rs 99 towards Logistics Charges. These store credits can be used to place an order for another product. The product purchased using Store Credits cannot be exchanged for any other size or with any other product under any circumstances. This will be considered as final sale.
  • We don’t have a return/exchange policy on the sale of deep discounted products. Deep discounted / Sale products / Products sold during Festive and Special Sales will be considered as “FINAL SALE” products.
  • We provide ONE free reverse pickup of product/order in case of Sizing/Fitting Issue. Three attempts will be made to collect your packet. In case you are unable to hand over the shipment within three attempts, we will close the return request.
  • In case the exchange size requested is Out of Stock, we provide Store Credits for the Order Amount. 

Steps to create a Return Request:

  1. Click on Account
  2. Login with your registered email and password
  3. Click on Initiate Return. (Keep your Order ID and Email handy while initiating your return request)
  4. Fill the form. In case of return for multiple products, please fill multiple forms.
  5. Form Link: Return & Exchange Form

Usually, we will pick the product from your location within 03 days from receiving your mail. It takes 5-10 days for the return packet to reach our facility. After the product reaches our facility, it undergoes inspection. After the product passes the inspection, we initiate the Exchange Shipment or Process refund to your Store Credits as per the return reason policy. The complete process can take up to 8-15 days.
